Your reservation only allows entry to the specified experience.
Valid only for the date, time, and experience indicated on your reservation confirmation. If the experience is carried out, there will be no refund. By accepting our terms and conditions, you assume all risks that may arise during the experience and release the organizers from any damage that may occur. The organizer reserves the right to change and/or modify the experience due to force majeure, notifying of these changes and proposing a refund or a change of date to reschedule your experience. The right of admission and permanence is reserved. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Customer expressly acknowledges and accepts that the ticket purchase request made through the website visitas.elnidal.com.mx, once authorization is received from the issuing bank of the corresponding credit or debit card or the accepting bank and will appear on your statement as Octágono · El Nidal, the purchase transaction will be final and will not be subject to changes, refunds, returns, or cancellations.
In view of the above, the Customer expressly acknowledges and accepts that they will not be entitled to refunds, returns, or cancellations even if they do not use them. The Customer expressly acknowledges and accepts that in case of not being able to attend their experience, they must notify the company Octágono · El Nidal with at least 24 hours in advance so that their reservation can be rescheduled within a period not exceeding the next 3 months.
